We have been fortunate to have a dedicated group of volunteers over the last few years, but a number of them are ready to move on.
In order for Pelham Softball to continue to provide for our girls we will need new board members. Being part of our board is a great way to contribute to our community, help maintain what we have as well as improve our program, and to make sure Pelham Softball Inc. will remain vital and sustainable for your daughters.
Please see a basic overview below. Assistance will be provided by current and former board members to help you with how to do each job.
We have openings for the following positions:
Vice President: Assist the president in coordination of all league matters. If possible, would like someone who would like to learn the president’s role and be able to take over in next year or two.

Player Agent: Assist team creation after evaluations, enter players in Babe Ruth database, prepare rosters for spring, summer and/or fall.
Division Coordinators: We need a 6U/Tball, 8U, and a 10-14U Coordinator. These positions act as liaisons for the board (they are also board members). Assist in uniform and equipment delivery, assist in establish clinics and player development initiatives, assist with coach development, etc for their division.
FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE: We are looking for a few people to assist our coordinator in this area. We will be having a big shindig on Opening Day in the spring and will need people to assist. In addition, any time, ideas, and assistance for fundraising would be more than appreciated.
